I absolutely love Jadaa,she is AMAZING! I had my first professional sew-in done by her, and the entire experience from start to finish was incredible. She started right on time, and I really appreciated that it was just her and I,it made the experience feel very personal and relaxing.
She examined my hair thoroughly and immediately gave me helpful, honest recommendations, including a clarifying shampoo and trying a protein treatment. My hair is very soft, so I was worried about the braids holding since they usually don’t, but her braids were PERFECT. The install itself was flawless.
What really stood out to me was how thoughtful she is,she even texted me a few days later to check in and see how everything was going, which was so sweet. I later booked my maintenance appointment and once again had the same amazing experience.
